Corn Cribs

Corn Cribs

Tate Farms features 4 corn cribs full of corn grown on our family's farm. An activity great for all ages as you use your imagination to swim, bury and dig into bushels and bushels of corn.

Hay Rides

Hay Rides

Take a hay ride to the pumpkin patch where you can pick a jack o'lantern from the vine. All standard pumpkins from the field are $8. The last hayride departs at 7:00pm weekdays, 7:30pm weekends. Speciality, miniature and giant pumpkins available for purchase in the pumpkin market.

Play Barn

Play Barn

The play barn is the focal point of our pumpkin yard. Featuring two stories of stairs, climbers, and sensory play, the play barn is great for all ages. At the top of the silo, you can find two 60-foot slides which have been a staple at Tate Farms for more than a decade.

Pedal Carts

Pedal Carts

The pedal cart track located on the southwest corner of the farmyard features single and double rider pedal carts. Always a hit for all ages, enjoy a turn or two around the track for full family fun and laughs.

Jumping Pillows

Jumping Pillows

Tate Farms features 3 jumping pads for hours of jumping fun. This activity, which is great for all ages, allows your entire family a way to jump on the 30x70 pads spread throughout the farmyard.

Barnyard Animals

Barnyard Animals

Come visit the celebrities of the farmyard featuring babydoll sheep, goats, rabbits, Darla, our miniature cows, the pot belly pig and the donkey. Our barnyard animals allow you to see animals in their natural habitat as they graze on grass, enjoy a pumpkin snack, and interact with our staff. These animals are part of our family and are cared for year-round by Homer Tate's great granddaughters.

Fun Slides

Fun Slides

Taking all adults back to their childhood days our Fun Slides are great for all ages. Sit on the provided carpet as you zoom down the slide to the landing platform, racing your friends and family. Well lit at night this activity is perfect for fun during the day and one-of-a-kind pictures of joy at night

We are not short on Photo opportunities here at Tate Farms. Whether you get your annual picture with our "How tall this Fall" display, take your family picture at the Pumpkin House, or enjoy all of our hay art, the opportunities for insta-worthy pictures are available at every turn. Enjoy shooting apples at farm targets as they explode on impact. This activity is a separate charge and is 4 apples for $5 or 10 apples for $10. This activity is CARD ONLY and you can pay at the apple cannon

NEW in 2023, Tate Farms features the only dairy-go-round in North America. This one of a kind carousel was built and shipped from Italy exclusively for Tate Farms. Featuring a 42 person capacity, this carousel features farm themed animals such as goats, horses, pigs, roosters, sheep and cows.

Little Farmer Playground

Little Farmer Playground

Little Farmer Playground has been exclusively designed for Tate Farms by Little Tikes for hands-on play allowing little farmers to stimulate their imaginations and explore their surroundings. Featuring multiple climbers, 4 slides, a roller slide, sensory toys, and tunnels. The Little Farmer Playground features rubber mulch and seating around the perimeter. Little Farmer Playground is targeted for ages 7 and under.

Corn train

Corn train

This corny ride features barrels of fun for all ages to enjoy. Ride as a single or double unit as you are pulled by a tractor on the perimeter of the farm.

Produce Market

Produce Market

We grow over 80 acres of pumpkins, winter squash, and specialty pumpkins each year. You can find a variety of sizes, colors and shapes available to purchase in our produce market. Additionally, we sell hay bales and corn stalks for decorative purposes.

Visit the Country Kitchen for foods such as BBQ, Chicken Fingers and Burgers or find a sweet treat at the farm bakery located in the Country Store. In the mood for something cold? Grab a snow cone, fresh squeezed lemonade, or enjoy our famous Pumpkin Slushy. From Funnel cakes to pumpkin pies, we have something for everyone in your family to enjoy.

Admission includes all activities EXCEPT apple cannons. Pumpkins, Produce, fall decor items, food, and store items are an additional cost. All tickets are non-refundable.
